n98 Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n98 ("n98", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the n98 platform at n98.cam, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the n98 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the n98 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. n98 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all real-money gaming activities. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that applies to you.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of n98 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

n98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, n98 will immediately suspend the account, void any outstanding bets or game rounds, and return any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonuses) to the player following identity verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on n98, you must register a single account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on n98. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
• No account sharing: Your n98 account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow a third party to use your account.
• No impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.

n98 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your n98 login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your n98 account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify n98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

n98 will never contact you to request your password by any means, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password purportedly from n98 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

n98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your n98 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n98 supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

• All funds deposited into your n98 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• n98 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be processed through the approved digital payment channels listed above.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• n98 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside n98's control.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times. The PKR-equivalent value credited to your account is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for a player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed the full KYC identity verification process.
• Your real-money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, which is displayed in your account dashboard.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• n98 reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary based on the payment method selected, the outcome of any verification checks, and technical factors outside n98's control.
• n98 shall not be liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider once funds have been dispatched from the n98 platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

n98 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in each individual promotion's specific terms.
• A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• n98 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to your account, any wagering already completed towards the requirement will be taken into account.
• n98 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error has occurred.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on n98 use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The following rules apply to gameplay on the n98 platform :

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by n98, the player, or any third party.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system according to the game's standard rules. n98 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout, or game outcome, n98 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the staked amounts to the players involved.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. n98 reserves the right to void bets where a market was opened or settled in error.
• PSL, international cricket, and all other sports betting markets are subject to the specific sports rules published within the n98 sportsbook. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n98 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Abusing bonus offers through techniques such as matched betting across accounts, bonus accumulation schemes, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the n98 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes where the transaction in question was legitimate.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with n98 support.

10 Responsible Gaming

n98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all areas of the platform. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. These limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after a limit change request.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break from gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the n98 platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the n98 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and user interface design, is the property of n98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the n98 platform without prior written consent from n98.
• The n98 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks of n98. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to n98 regarding the platform may be used by n98 without obligation to compensate you or to keep such submissions confidential.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n98 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the n98 platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, defects, delays in operation, or any other failure of the platform that is beyond n98's reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the n98 platform, including but not limited to odds information, game statistics, or promotional content.

n98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit n98's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

n98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A player is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false age information during registration.
• A player has violated any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• n98 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion involving the account.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by n98.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.
• n98 is required to act by any applicable regulatory obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your n98 account voluntarily at any time by contacting n98 support. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to Terms

n98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, n98 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the n98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at n98.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.

15 Governing Law

The n98 platform operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n98 holds its gaming license.

Any dispute between you and n98 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body under the governing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to this dispute resolution mechanism as the primary means of resolving disputes with n98.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent that they cannot be waived by agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
